Cafe Rio Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 cup cilantro
2 cloves garlic
3 tomatillos or 1/3-1/2 cup salsa verde
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
