Beef Jerkey

2 teaspoons liquid smoke
2 cups water
1 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 pounds flank steak sliced with the grain

Mix all marinade ingredients. Marinade meat overnight. Drain and place in dehydrator or oven 150 degrees) for 6-8 hours.
